Marc's mother, Isabella, loved cursive and complained that no one seemed to teach—or use—it anymore. She believed some things simply shouldn't be typed. Love letters were one of them.
Cursive makes occasional appearances throughout Darklight.

The mysterious datacube Marc steals from Lord Dar before escaping the Dark Realm. Small enough to carry. Important enough to be hunted for.
VTOL3
The aircraft Randolf's team uses to reach missions quickly and quietly. I wanted VTOL3 to feel futuristic without becoming completely unfamiliar—a craft capable of vertical takeoff and landing that still looks like something humans might actually build.
